Rosh Hashanah is the Jewish New Year. The Jewish community around the world commemorates this holy day in relation to creation and judgement. Dr. Elana Stein Hain, Director of Faculty and a Senior Fellow at the Shalom Hartman Institute of North America, will provide insights on Jewish texts, traditions, and meaningful practices for this High Holy Day. In this session, she will explore the connections between the celebration of Rosh Hashanah and times of transitions in life. This webinar will provide an opportunity to learn and understand the meaning and importance of transition keeping in mind the historical and religious significance of Rosh Hashanah in Jewish life.
