Spiritus York: Peter. Led From Denial to Martyrdom

Attention, young adults aged 19 to 35 in the York and Central region! After denying Jesus, Peter “went out and wept bitterly” (Lk 22:62). Having repented, Peter looked for, and obeyed Jesus Christ—becoming the ‘Rock’ on which the resurrected Jesus founded His Church. Many of us may identify with denying Jesus in times of trial, but do we follow Peter in his repentance, love and obedience to Jesus Christ? Come encounter the person your heart longs for and for whom Peter gave his life.

You’re invited to this month’s Spiritus York event at St. Mark’s Parish on Wednesday, April 24th. Here’s what’s in store for you:

Speaker Series: Seminarian Karl Hartman will be speaking to us about St. Peter followed by Small Group Questions
Prayer Time: Together we will pray and hear a testimony from a fellow Young Adult.
Socialize & Fellowship: Following prayer, there’ll be an opportunity to connect, socialize and have fellowship with fellow young adults.
